Juan F. Yepes, DDS, MD, MPH, MS, DrPH

Dr. Juan Yepes is a professor of pediatric dentistry and associate dean for graduate education at Indiana University School of Dentistry, and serves as an attending at Riley Children’s Hospital in Indianapolis. A dentist and physician trained in Colombia, Dr. Yepes completed multiple residencies and advanced degrees in the U.S., including pediatric dentistry, dental public health, oral medicine, and radiology. His academic background also includes a Master of Public Health and Doctorate in Public Health with a focus on epidemiology. He is board-certified in pediatric dentistry, oral medicine, and dental public health. A Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons at Edinburgh, Dr. Yepes is active in numerous professional organizations and currently serves as associate editor of the Journal of the American Dental Association (JADA).
Rhea M. Haugseth, DMD

Dr. Haugseth is a pediatric dentist who maintained a private practice in Marietta, Georgia, for more than 35 years. She earned her dental degree from the University of Louisville and completed her pediatric dentistry residency at Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital and Case Western Reserve University. A Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, Dr. Haugseth is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and several honorary dental organizations including the American College of Dentists and the Pierre Fauchard Academy. She is a past president of the AAPD and has long served as a national spokesperson for the Academy. A forensic odontologist, Dr. Haugseth has served with the National DMORT Mass Disaster Team and remains active in advancing the dental team profession through founding and directing both the Atlanta Pediatric Dental Assistant School and the Pediatric Dental Team Association.
David L. Rothman, DDS

Dr. David Rothman is a clinical associate professor at Case Western Reserve School of Dental Medicine and maintains a private practice in San Francisco. He received his dental degree from New York University and completed residencies in general practice and anesthesiology before specializing in pediatric dentistry. Dr. Rothman has held leadership positions in various professional societies and has a particular focus on pediatric dentistry, behavior management and sedation. He is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and an active Fellow in several dental organizations.
